Even in a system as secure as the Hetro, there is always a risk of the users or the employees to be injured due to the Metro operation. ft model is developed in order to calculate the probability of injures mainly due to electrocution, nevertheless the possibility of being injured by a motion train is briefly mentioned. The total accident probability of failure in security is evaluated by using a fault tree program.
