Diagnosis of Retinopathy in Patients Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease that infects the human body due to an error in either producing or using the insulin, which is the hormone that turns the glucose into energy. This disease may effect badly on the job of certain organs of the body for long terms. Diabetic Retinopathy is the damage in the eye that corresponds to diabetes in long term. in this paper we're planning to discover this retinopathy by capturing some photos of the eye, and then running specific algorithms on them via “MATLAB Programming Environment”, after which we train a neural network to determine whether the objected eye is infected or not. in this paper show the application of the chosen algorithm on some healthy and infected photos, then the trained neural network chooses the perfect photos and the impaired ones to categorize and display through an applied interface built using “MATLAB” as well.
