Multi Criteria Decision Making problem using Energy of Directed Bipolar Fuzzy graph

In Bipolar fuzzy set, positive data constitute favors while negative data constitute disfavors. It establishes a suitable comprehensive for the data which is hazy and not precise. This paper deals with energy of directed bipolar fuzzy graph. Adjacency matrix of a directed bipolar fuzzy graph is constructed as a square matrix with negative and positive membership values of edges. The energy of a directed bipolar fuzzy graph is found as the sum of the absolute values of the eigen values of the adjacency matrix of the directed bipolar fuzzy graph. The concept of energy of directed bipolar fuzzy graph is applied to solve a multi criteria decision making problem. For communication to be effective it must be clear and have speedy rate of transfer. Effective communication is very essential in everyday life situation. Signal strength at each location is measured using spectrum analyzer and are represented in the form DBFG structure. DBFG energy is calculated and applying this weights are found. A DBFG score values are found. Net flow of the alternatives is determined based on which the best option is decided.
