Research on Bidding Agency Service Evaluation for University Instruments and Equipment Procurement

The existing bidding agency service evaluation methods could not reflect the characteristics of university instrument and equipment procurement. So, the service evaluation index system of university instrument and equipment procurement bidding agency was constructed based on SERVQUAL evaluation criteria, which included 6 first-level indexes and 28 second-level indexes. Meanwhile, there are the uncertain and definite relations of randomness and fuzziness in the index system. And the set pair analysis method is used to construct the 5-element relation number and its weighted form of the service evaluation of the university instrument and equipment bidding agency. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are analyzed through a case.
