Comprehensive Evaluation and Analysis of the Transformation Ability of China's Technological Achievements

Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system for transformation ability of China's technological achievements, this paper uses AHP to calculate and determine the weight of each indicator. On this basis, by collecting and processing the relevant data, the statistical data of each indicator of the four-level indicator layer can be obtained. Finally, the weight of each indicator and its standardized data were integrated to evaluate and analyze the transformation ability of technological achievements in 29 provincial-level regions in China. It provides a scientific basis and decision-making reference promotion strategies and paths of each region for improving the transformation ability of technological achievements.
