Study on Optimal Operation of Multi-integrated Station with New Energy Resources Based on QPSO

For the operation of the multi-integrated station with new energy resources, this paper constructs the overall architecture of the station and the model of wind turbine, photovoltaic, battery and flexible load response, considers the constraints such as the power balance in the station, the upper and lower limits of the wind turbine and photovoltaic output and the upper and lower limits of the battery capacity, adopts the QPSO optimization algorithm, then takes the life cycle cost, the loss of power supply probability (LPSP) and the energy excess percentage (EXC) as the optimization objectives, optimize the operation of the multi-integrated station with new energy resources. The influence of different flexible load response on the station cost is analyzed through a case study. It is verified that the proposed operation mode considering flexible load response can effectively minimize the station cost, reduce the energy storage configuration capacity, and reduce LPSP and EXC. This operation mode improves the new energy accommodation and the economy of the multi-integrated station, so that both suppliers and users benefit at the same time.
