A Method for Power System Stability Assessment Using Simulation Results

In order to automatically determine system stability using simulation results to improve research efficiency, a data-driven method for stability assessment is proposed in this paper. The main idea is to analyze the phase-plane trajectories of extracted simulation waveform envelopes. The whole framework of the proposed method along with principles of envelope extraction and phase plane analysis method is introduced in this paper. In the end, two cases and corresponding results are provided to verify the proposed method.
