Voltage Optimization Method for PV Accessed Distribution Network Based on Local Control

The penetration of distributed photovoltaic in the distribution network is gradually increasing, and its impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid is increasing. At present, there are some problems in the distribution network, such as insufficient reactive power compensation and backward voltage regulation. Moreover, the communication capacity in the distribution network is insufficient, and it is difficult to realize the centralized control of the distributed photovoltaic system. There is a serious problem of voltage quality degradation in the 10kV distribution network. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a voltage optimization method based on local coordination control. On the double time scales of hour before the day and 15 minutes within the day, the capacitor reactor bank and distributed power inverter are used for coordination. A few days ago, centralized control was realized through capacitor reactors. In the day, the droop control is applied to adjust the PV inverter to achieve local control and optimize the voltage quality of the distribution network.
