Calculation Method of System Reserve Capacity Considering New Energy Uncertainty in Source-Grid-Load-Storage Scheduling Mode

The shortage of power grid backup is increasing, it is urgent to study the optimization method of reserve capacity under uncertain conditions. Robust optimization methods are mainly used in the study of reserve capacity optimization decision-making under the existing uncertainty conditions, but the results of interval optimization models are too conservative. A robust optimization method for reserve capacity considering the uncertainty of new energy output forecast is proposed. Using reserve capacity resources, a two-layer robust reserve capacity optimization model is established. The conservatism of the optimization results is reduced, and the total cost of the model is further reduced.
