User Adjustable Load Demand Response Optimization Strategy Considering Multi-level Dynamic Regulation

With the development of energy Internet, China attaches more and more importance to the management and regulation of power demand side load resources. In order to improve the management and control of the demand-side adjustable load resources by the power grid, an optimal control strategy is proposed to realize the management of adjustable load resources through multi-level interconnection and flexible management and control. In this hierarchical structure, load aggregators are responsible for the overall control of the regulation task. Regional agents sign contracts with users to promote users' active participation and ensure the completion of demand response business. In addition, they adjust electricity prices to ensure users' satisfaction level and maximize the revenue of load aggregators. Finally, the comparative analysis of numerical examples verifies that the proposed demand response optimization strategy can meet the demand of power grid regulation under the premise of ensuring user satisfaction, and achieve the goal of maximizing the revenue of load aggregators.
