Study on Anti-vibration Performance of Marine Medium Voltage AC Circuit Breaker

In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of marine medium voltage AC circuit breaker, a finite element model is established and harmonic response analysis is carried out. The transverse, longitudinal and vertical resonant frequencies and resonant points are pointed out respectively. The vibration test results are consistent with the simulation results, and the problem of component damage occurs in the longitudinal direction. Then, the prototype is improved according to the simulation results. When the frequency of the improved prototype is 30 Hz, the peak acceleration at the resonance point is reduced from 60 m/s

. The improved prototype successfully passed the vibration test. The vibration analysis method effectively solves the problem that the anti-vibration design of medium voltage AC circuit breaker completely depends on the test results and needs to be improved repeatedly, which has guiding significance for the anti-vibration design of similar equipment.
