Multi-objective Optimization of Electric Vehicle Charging under TOU Price with Tidal Energy Access

Considering the prospect of the future development of tidal energy, this paper introduces tidal energy into the charging process of electric vehicles. It proposes an orderly charging model of electric vehicles considering the absorption of tidal energy which takes into account the interests of the grid side and the user side of electric vehicles, and absorb tidal energy as much as possible. The model is established on the basis of time-of-use (TOU) price, and takes the minimum mean square deviation of load on the grid side, the minimum charging cost on the user side and the minimum power abandonment as the objective. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Simulation results show that the three objective orderly charging strategy is comprehensively optimal, and it can be better applied to the electric vehicle fast charging station connected with tidal energy on offshore or island microgrid.
