Increase the Speed of Data Transmission over a Linear Channels with Memory by Suppressing Transient Distortions

The problem of increasing the speed of data transmission in linear communication channels is considered. The problems of synthesis of finite bipolar signals in the form of binary pulses with adjustable moments of transition time through zero are investigated. The received signals do not cause aftereffects in the linear communication channel. The necessary conditions for calculating the specified time moments for various models of linear communication channels are given.
