Design Aspects of Miniaturized Spiral Microstrip Patch Antenna with Inductive Loading Technique for Wireless Applications

This paper deals with the design procedure and analysis of a novel miniaturized antenna structure suitable to operate at 2.45GHz. Method of using defected ground structure in the design is employed in the design. This paper analyses the effect of spiral meander shaped radiating patch. Compactness is achieved using inductive loading concept in the patch. This novel design proposed here is based on spiral meander.
