Computational Framework for the Sustainable Management and Optimization of E-waste

As we move into the digital era, there is a pressing need for the correct management of e-waste. Nevertheless, firms are more concerned with increasing profits than with upgrading and recycling obsolete gadgets. Due to a trade-off between security performance and recycling costs, even the most recent version of the software does not support older devices. E-Waste is a broad and expanding category of electronic garbage that includes big residential products such as abandoned refrigerators, air conditioners, mobile phones, mobile stereos, consumer electronics, and Computers. Electronic equipment contains thousands of harmful metals and compounds, including chromium, lead, phthalates, cadmium, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), beryllium, antimony, brominated flame retardants, and mercury, making it substantially more hazardous than other municipal wastes. These substances cause damage to the nervous, renal, skeletal, reproductive, and endocrine systems after prolonged exposure. Few of these chemicals are neurotoxic and cancer-causing.
