Security and Privacy of Digital Data of Smart Cities: An Analysis

Through promoting regional growth and making use of technology, especially Smart technology, the Smart Cities Mission hopes to raise living standards and boost the economy. The goal of creating “smart cities” is to raise living standards, encourage environmentally friendly growth, and speed up municipal operations. With the proliferation of smart devices comes heightened worries over security and privacy, calling for effective solutions. Typical information security safety methods can’t be readily useful to smart city applications because of their dynamic behavior, variety and scalability. In this study, we attempt to do just that by comparing the various technologies available to review these privacy and security threats.
