‘‘Automatic Stamping and GroupingMachine’’

Punching stamps on documents is one of the most practiced works in day-to-day life. Also, grouping of documents is done daily from separating them from larger bundles into small bunches. In government administrations and various educational institutions, like schools and colleges, the stamping process is done manually by an individual, and after that another or same individual is involved in counting the number of the certificates or applications, on which the facsimile is stamped. This process not only results in labor cost, but also various drawbacks such as time consuming, inaccuracy, hand fatigue, and so on. Thus, this proposed methodology proposes the solution for the same with some electrical and mechanical functions combined throughout the process. This paper deals with the development of such automatic stamping and grouping machine.
