The FCC's Auction Authority, the 3.1–3.45 GHz Conundrum, and NTIA's Spectrum Strategy

Spectrum regulation and policy have been the recent focus of many discussions at the Congress, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).
