Low-Cost Structural Monitoring of Analog Circuits for Secure and Reliable Operation

Editor’s notes: Analog circuits enhanced with digital circuitry are vulnerable to changes in circuit structure or configuration that arise from natural sources (defects) or unnatural sources (malicious attacks).
