Investigation on the Obstacles in the Process of Intelligent Home-based Elderly Oriented Transformation

In this study, 606 elderly people in various cities in Anhui Province and the enterprise with the largest business scale in the province were investigated through a cross-sectional study, and an empirical analysis was conducted based on the quantitative statistical analysis of spss22.0 software and supplemented by interview data. The results of regression statistics show that there is no significant difference in the “intelligent elderly oriented transformation for home” in cities in Anhui despite different basic characteristics, economic conditions and family support. The results prove that no significant difference reflects the actual situation that the process of intelligent elderly oriented transformation in Anhui has been blocked, and the root cause lies in the influence of the government and the market. (1) The government is limited to providing financial support for the home renovation of niche and vulnerable groups; (2) The weak market cannot meet the diversified transformation needs of the elderly. According to the data analysis, although the various conditions of individuals did not show significant differences in this regression, the future promotion of the aging-appropriate transformation process for the medical and nursing care of the elderly at home cannot be separated from the economic and nursing foundation of individuals and families.
