Bibliometric Analysis of Pediatric Massage Based on CNKI

Chinese medicine pediatric massage is an external treatment method based on the overall concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), guided by the theories of Yin and Yang and Five Elements, Zang Fu organs and meridians and collaterals. According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children, it is applied to specific acupoints or positions on the body surface to prevent and cure diseases and promote intelligence. It is a unique clinical discipline of TCM

, this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the publication of contemporary pediatric massage literature, providing some enlightenment and reference for the clinical application and experimental research of pediatric massage in the future

. In this paper, from the full-text database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the related literature was searched with the theme of "children’s massage". The search time span was from 2000 to 2021, a total of 22 years, and a total of 2037 papers were retrieved. Visual analysis of the annual publishing trend, research institutions, author distribution, literature source, subject classification, keyword distribution, research level, etc. of the retrieved literature and works was carried out with Excel

In recent years, as the green therapy of children’s massage has been more and more widely popularized, the people’s demand for children’s massage is increasing day by day, and the discipline of TCM children’s massage has been rapidly developed. Since 2000, the number of papers on children’s massage has also increased rapidly. Conclusion: contemporary children’s massage is developing rapidly, and more and more related papers are published in various journals and institutions. The future development prospect of children’s massage is broad and should be further promoted and studied
