Application of Hydraulic Synchronous Jacking Span Based On 3D Mechanical Drawing

Hydraulic sync jack-up span frame technology system is an important hydraulic sync jack-up technique and equipment system core and implement the decision-making body, after using the set of technology can guarantee in the construction of power transmission line across the highway, power lines and high-speed process, is more economic and environmental protection, no pollution, high efficiency, traffic time is shorter and other many merits. In the span construction, the span frame is usually used to protect the span and ensure its normal and safe operation. The span frame body is mostly rod system structure, and the auxiliary material is numerous, the arrangement form is changeable, so the structure is optimized design. In this paper, the leaping frame of hydraulic synchronous jacking equipment is designed by 3D mechanical drawing, and the hydraulic simulation software AMESim is used to simulate the local jacking research of the related hydraulic structure, and some key parameters of the hydraulic mechanism for jacking operation are obtained.
