Design of foreign matter intelligent detection system for dialysis barrel blow molding conveying line

Aiming at the presence of black spots and metal foreign objects in the block nozzle material after blow molding of the dialysis barrel, an online detection system for foreign objects is designed. The system mainly includes visual inspection system and hardware system. Detect and analyze foreign bodies; alarm and record information after detection. Experimental conclusion: The system can effectively detect and alarm foreign objects, and control the stop of the conveyor belt, prompting the operator to operate, reducing the fatigue and misjudgment of continuous manual inspection, and improving the efficiency of manual operation.
