Construction Schedule Control Method of Prefabricated Building Based on BIM

Aiming at the problem that the production efficiency of existing prefabricated building construction projects is slow, and it is difficult for enterprises to control the construction progress in real time, this study proposes a BIM-based construction progress control method for prefabricated buildings. BIM technology is applied to collect the information of prefabricated components, compile the construction progress plan, and establish the construction progress control model to realize the real-time detection and control of the construction progress. The simulation results show that the control time of the proposed method for 10 groups of random prefabricated hoisting node data is within 0.2s, and its construction progress control particle parameter value is 10.96, which can accurately monitor the construction process and progress of the prefabricated building construction site. It can be proved that the proposed control method can control the construction progress of prefabricated building projects in real time, and its accuracy is high, and its production efficiency can be improved.
