Polyester staple fiber cluster matching localization algorithm based on master-slave dual cameras

In the process of detecting the tension of polyester fiber post-spinning drawing cluster, it is necessary to locate the cluster to determine the position of tension detection. A polyester staple fiber cluster matching algorithm based on dual master-slave cameras was proposed to achieve accurate positioning and matching tracking of the cluster. The algorithm uses dual cameras to extract and match features from the cluster’s global and local images to achieve the cluster’s precise positioning. The experimental results show that the algorithm has good detection speed and accuracy in matching polyester fiber cluster and can realize the positioning of the cluster.
