Evaluating the Usability of Website Interfaces in Fiji

User interfaces are vital in disseminating information and providing services through websites. A web interface must be user-friendly, easy to use and satisfy users' needs. A website must possess usability features to attract more customers and produce the maximum desired outcome with minimal effort. Fiji has witnessed intensification in websites and web interfaces over recent years. However, there is a lack of study on assessing the effectiveness of these websites. To fulfil this shortcoming, this study aims to evaluate the usability of website interfaces in Fiji.
