Investigation and Evaluation of Key Parameters of 100Gb/s ZR4 80km Optical Transceiver Modules

100Gb/s ZR4 80km optical transceiver modules from 3 vendors are investigated and evaluated. The electrical interface parameters of all samples completely meet the IEEE802.3 standard, the long-term transmission performance, interoperability performance, and equipment compatibility of all samples are qualified. Optical interface test results can provide reference for the formulation of industry standards.
