Having studied how information moves in product development programs, and specifically reliability tools, it has become very apparent that critical information on reliability performance and progress is lost or arrives too late.By creating an owner and specific conduit for reliability information to move effortlessly through the levels and roles in an organization the throughput and effectiveness of reliability tools can be greatly enhanced.
