Design and implementation of PLC control system software for a nitrogen gas distribution station

In order to solve the existing gas supply system existing problems such as complex control, aging equipment, low degree of intelligence and informatization. According to the actual needs of a nitrogen distribution station, a matching control software is designed based on the logic configuration software SC-Prosys and the monitoring configuration software SC-ProView of “chaoyu”N series PLC development software. This paper expounds the software design thought, development environments and detailed designs. The key technical problems solved in software design are discussed. The software test verification situations are described. Finally, the function characteristics of the software are summarized. The test and application show that the software meets the stability requirements of the gas distribution table control system.
