A Aircraft Circuit Protection Design Tool Logic Based on the New EWIS Design Data Structure

Since the electrical load and the related EWIS harness number are increasing so quickly in civil aircraft, the EWIS wire ampacity calculation and civil aircraft power grid protection design are also becoming more and more important. This paper suggest a new EWIS design data structure, in which the three-dimensional design data and two-dimensional design data are stored together and linked to each other an integrated format. Based on the new new EWIS design data structure, a aircraft circuit protection design tool logic will be easily achieved.
