Automatic chicken house control system based on STM32

Most of the layer breeding industry has gone through the evolution process from traditional farm outdoor or courtyard feeding to highly automated cascade chicken cage breeding. Now it has to return to the way of natural stocking to some extent. The free stocking breeding mode can greatly improve the activity space and welfare level of layers. The automatic cascade chicken cage has the functions of cleaning chicken manure and collecting eggs, which are not available in the chicken house under the natural stocking mode. In this paper, STM32 is used as the main controller, and a mechanical device which can automatically collect eggs and clean chicken manure is designed for the naturally stocked chicken house. The device is mainly composed of screen, push rod, conveyor belt, egg collecting tank and chicken manure collection tank. The chicken manure falls into the conveyor belt through the screen. The conveyor belt sends the chicken manure to the chicken manure collection tank. When the rod is pushed forward, the egg is pushed to the egg collection tank. At the same time, the brush on the rod can clean the chicken manure left on the screen, which reduces manual labor, and the solar panel solves part of the problem of power consumption. The system takes the touch screen as the main control mode, carries out the UI design, displays the temperature and humidity on the screen, controls the opening or closing of the fecal cleaning and egg collection device, fill light, buzzer and exhaust fan through the screen touch, and also has the function of remote control by mobile phone.
