Research on Energy Management Contract Model Based on Energy Saving Revenue Sharing

In order to respond to the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak, and achieve energy saving and emission reduction by technical means, this paper proposes an energy management contract model based on energy saving benefit sharing. Integrated Energy Service Providers and energy-saving companies co-lead, according to the principle of EPC, Esco and IECO win-win. According to the real-time market price and energy saving, the EPC decision-making model is established, and the feasibility of the contract scheme is evaluated by the corresponding evaluation indexes. In order to get the maximum return of IECO under the condition that ESCO recovers all the investment costs and obtains the excess profit, the contract period, Esco’s guaranteed energy-saving profit and the distribution of excess profit are decided, the feasibility of the model is verified by an example.
