Optimum selection of the new energy power station planning scheme based on the prospect theory

Site selection is an important preliminary work for the construction of new energy power stations, which plays multiple roles in the planning, design and construction of new energy power stations. The optimization of new energy power station planning scheme is a kind of stochastic decision-making problem, and the traditional stochastic decision-making method is insufficient for mining uncertain information. Therefore, the prospect theory is introduced into the optimization of new energy power station planning schemes, and the evaluation index system of new energy power station planning schemes is established. With full consideration of the random factors contained in this kind of new energy, the prospect value function and weight function of each evaluation index are constructed on the basis of obtaining the probability distribution type to which each type of index is subject. The prospect value is taken as the attribute value of each index, and the scheme to be selected is comprehensively decided based on the prospect value. Relevant examples verify the rationality and validity of the proposed method.
