The ability of the operator to control a single rod to quickly capture and stably track the target has a great impact on the actual combat accuracy of the equipment and the effectiveness of recorded data. Combined with the reality of the shooting range and following the principle of minimum equipment change, this paper designs and devolops a set of practical simulation training system for the operator of photoelectric theodolite. The system can improve the training effect and improve the ability to complete the experiment.
