Classification of vibration diagnostic systems Brush-collector assembly

This article discusses the classification of vibration diagnostics and control of exposure to objects in order to change their behavior in the desired direction. The set of elementary checks, the sequence of their execution is based on the residual service life of the electric brush of the DC electric motor, containing a list of monitored reliability indicators included in the mathematical model. The described model, using vibration diagnostics, improves the accuracy of predicting and detecting DC motor failures. The conclusion of the general formula for calculating the residual life of the electric brush is given and the method of increasing the prediction using the methods of vibration diagnostics of studying the life of the electric brush is considered.
