class of algorithms, in this study we have considered the Exponential (a very high time complex) Algorithm of Towers of Hanoi problem by implementing it using C++, Java and Python in-order to observe and measure the performances and verify the behaviors. The results of our experiments have found to be interesting and also verifies the previous published work referred above. Finally the performances of PPLs are described with respects to the results obtained. These results shall play a role to Bench mark in selection of popular programming languages for Domain specific Applications.
