Face and Fingerprint based Secured ATM Authentication

ATM scam has become increasingly common over time. With the advancement of mobile technology and smartphones, wireless devices can be used for PIN authentication and transmission; however, they require network connectivity, and despite their security, only an active user can complete successful transactions. Researchers are working hard to put an end to the current scams by developing new technologies. As a contribution, this study has combined face and fingerprint recognition with the help of Red-tacton technology to improve security and decrease the chance of ATM fraud.
