Sensing Characteristics Analysis of Dual-beam Optical Trap-based Optomechanical Accelerometer

As a new type of ultra-high precision inertial device, the optomechanical accelerometer can change the current situation of insufficient composition requirements, accuracy, volume and cost adaptation of the accelerometer relative to the inertial system to a certain extent. However, the research on the optomechanical accelerometer is still in the initial stage. Variations in the optical parameters, structural parameters and optical trap environment of the optomechanical accelerometer system can affect its measurement performance. In this paper, the influence of the laser power, the microsphere radius, the centroid temperature, and the pressure on the sensing performance of the system is discussed. Through simulation results, the theoretical accuracy, measuring range, bandwidth and other key parameters are analyzed, which can provide indicators for the prototype development, the manufacturing process, and the data processing.
