Research on QRS wave detection algorithm of ECG system

In order to improve the accuracy of real-time detection of QRS waves in ECG system, an improved differential threshold method is proposed to detect QRS waves based on the difference threshold method and adaptive double threshold method. The algorithm eliminates noise effects such as baseline drift, myoelectric interference and frequency interference by preprocessing, and then accurately detects the QRS wave location using an improved detection algorithm with adaptive differential threshold fusion for R wave error detection compensation. Finally, the MATLAB simulation was performed using MIT-BIH database from MIT, and the detection accuracy and sensitivity of the algorithm were over 99.5%. Experimental results show that this algorithm is accurate and efficient and can be applied in ECG monitoring system.
