Full Electric Kitchen and Its Electricity Safety Supervision

The steady and orderly promotion of electric energy substitution has great significance for promoting the energy production and consumption revolution and implementing the supply side structural reform. It is rapidly changing our production and life styles and habits. The electrification of energy consumption in the catering industry is an important field of power substitution, and it is also a key work to build the power system and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, especially in the commercial catering industry with large single household power and high energy consumption. This paper introduces a design method of three-level electricity safety supervision system, in order to provide reference for the construction of the fast-growing commercial catering all electric kitchen.
