Research on Current Differential Sampling Accuracy Based on Solid State Electronic Switch

Based on the application of the new generation of space-borne solid-state power distribution products, this paper studies the measurement accuracy of current differential sampling technology used by them, and deduces the influence factors of accuracy by analyzing the circuit model of the differential sampling circuit. The effective control measures of accuracy are summarized by analyzing the mechanism of influence factors, which provides theoretical basis for the application of current differential sampling technology and the design of high precision index circuit, and has important reference significance.
