Survey on Personality Detection for Recruitment

Personality can reveal a lot about a person. It tells us how a person thinks, behaves and works in different situations. In today’s world we have various kinds of jobs with different roles and requirements. Thus, while recruiting it will save an ample amount of time and resources if recruiters could filter out candidates whose personality is most likely suited for a particular role and therefore, many organizations have made it mandatory for applicants to take a personality test. The more suited they are, the more productive and efficient the work would be. Prediction of personality can be done using machine learning algorithms by teaching the model and allowing it to learn about various personality types.
