Investigation on identification of boiler tube temperature anomaly based on Sankey diagram

Thereare many kinds of operating parameters related to the abnormal boiler tube temperature. Relying on manual analysis is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also the analysis effect can not be guaranteed. Therefore, how to quickly locate the operating parameters related to the abnormal tube temperature and convey them to the technicians through the visual method for guiding the actual operation is the key problem to be solved by the invention. This paper casts light on the identification of operating parameter involved with the tube temperature anomaly, aiming to find a faster, more objective and more visual way to archive auxiliary analysis in technology traceability.
