Evaluation of Revision in MIL-STD-461 for Regulatory Guidance on Nuclear Safety

In this paper, we examined what is revised for the electromagnetic interference (EMI) in MIL–STD–461G, which is endorsed by the regulatory guidance for nuclear power plants, compared with MIL–STD–461E. We then found that the revisions for testing radiating emission are proper to build precautions against the EMI from the EUT.
