Application and Development Prospect of Monitoring Screen based on Three.js Unit Equipment Control System

This paper provides an overview of the future development of industrial control system monitoring software based on the development application of 3D visualization currently available in the market. It also illustrates the development process of combining industrial control systems and the electronic information industry. We introduce the application process of Three.Js on our company's unit equipment, how to establish the 3D display interface, match with the on-site unit equipment operation data, and highlight the advantages of WebGL's 3D cross-platform. We also show how building a 3D display system based on Three.Js for the 3D visualization needs of the enterprise unit equipment field data, and how the combination of the Three.js framework with OPC UA can help to reduce the process of data transit. Through this system, the operation status of the unit equipment can be presented more realistically with imporoved UI experience of using the field control system.
