Test and Analysis of Acoustic and Vibration Characteristics of Transformer in Winding and Iron Core Loose

In this paper, a 10kV transformer sound vibration test platform was built in the semi-muffler chamber to test the sound and vibration of the normal state, winding loosing state and iron core loosing state, and compared and analyzed it. The analysis results show that the noise on the high-voltage side is larger than the same three sides, the noise in no-load condition is larger than the short-circuit and on-load conditions. The vibration test results show that the top vibration of the transformer is greater compared to other positions, the vibration level of no-load condition is larger than the short circuit and load conditions, also consistent with the rules of the noise test.
