Analysis of the Influence of Single Line Configuration of Auxiliary Engine on Coal Power Unit

The single row configuration of auxiliary equipment of coal power generation units is widely used in Europe, especially in Germany, and domestic power plants have started to try in recent 10 years. The unscheduled outage probability of single row units is higher than that of double row units, but lower than that of double row units. The single row configuration is superior to the dual row configuration in terms of equipment cost, operation and maintenance cost. The existing design standards recommend dual row configuration, but do not exclude single row configuration.
