Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis System for Boiler Combustion Based on Big Data

This paper introduces an intelligent monitoring and analysis system based on boiler big data combustion. The system solves the problem of uneven combustion of boilers by real-time monitoring and analysis of tangential deviation, air-coal ratio, dynamic characteristics of coal mills, air leakage of various parts, etc., which greatly promotes the intelligent, economical and safe combustion adjustment of power plant boilers. The application of the system in many power plants in Jilin Province has played an important role in saving operating costs, improving economic efficiency, guiding the operators to adjust combustion and monitoring the boiler state.
