Analysis of NMSE using Hard Decoding Scheme in comparison with Traditional Unquant Decoding Scheme for Massive MIMO OFDM based wireless system

In OFDM systems, the Normalized Mean Square Error (NMSE) should be in acceptable range suitable for wireless communication. The aim of the work is to analyze NMSE for the massive MIMOOFDM (MIMO OFDM) system using novel Hard Decoding Scheme and comparing it with Unquant decoding scheme. Hence this research is to improve the Normalized Mean Square Error using a novel hard decoding scheme. By using this scheme, the signal will strengthen and to decrease the noise in the channel. Hard decoding scheme is used with 10 samples to estimate the NMSE in massive MIMO in comparison with unquant decoding schemes using 10 samples. Pretest power for the samples is 80%. Matlab simulation tool is utilized to produce simulation results. The performance of Normalized Mean Square Error (NMSE) is analyzed using the unquant decoding scheme and enhanced by Hard decoding scheme parameters. At 12 dB SNR, unquant decoding scheme provides the Normalized mean square error value of about 10

. The group statistics comparison for novel hard decoding scheme and unquant decoding scheme with its statistical significance value of 0.022 (p-value < 0.05). According to the experimental results and analysis were done statistically with the help of T-test having independent samples, from the analysis, the hard decoding method significantly performed better than the Unquant decoding scheme.
