Investigation of Efficiency and Power Output for the MEMS-Based Thermoelectric Power Generator using n-type BiTeSe on p-type BiSbTe compared at different impedance matching conditions with matching load

This research work shows the simulation and comparison of efficiency and power output of Thermo Electric (TE) n-type BiTeSe and p-type BiSbTe thermoelectric power generators with impedance load matching and mismatching. Materials and methods: In this research work, there are 4 groups. Each group consists of 100 samples. Simulations of the groups were based on the dimension of the thermoelectric power generator done in clinical calc with a pre-test power of 80% used for testing with a significance value of p 0.05. The efficiencies corresponding to different element thicknesses are calculated and tabulated. The graph is plotted for parameters like efficiency, and power output, with the corresponding element thickness. Other parameters like thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, and see beck coefficient are plotted for thermoelectric n and p-type novel BiTeSe, BiSbTe. Results: The results were interpreted using SPSS tool statistics analysis and the mean bar chart of the 4 samples was drawn and samples that had high-efficiency values were identified. Conclusion: It is interfered with as impedance load matching of 10 ohms has a greater mean efficiency than the other sample groups with impedance load matching.
